Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy
Expert workplace wellbeing consultancy from Natasha Hill — 30+ years in public service, guided by Murphy, Devon's most dedicated therapy Spaniel.
I know what it feels like when life falls apart. That's exactly why this work matters.
Natasha Hill
Natasha's story
At 29 years old, with a newborn baby and a two-year-old at home, Natasha was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. What followed was twelve months of gruelling treatment — navigating one of life's most frightening experiences while raising two tiny children and continuing to show up, day after day.
She was given the all clear. But the impact of that experience didn't simply end there. Natasha was later diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder — and it was through her own journey of recovery that she discovered the profound importance of genuine, sustained wellbeing support.
That lived experience is at the heart of everything Murphy & Mind does. When Natasha talks about resilience, trauma, and recovery — she isn't speaking from a textbook. She's speaking from her own life. And that changes everything.
Our mascot & therapy dog
Murphy isn't just our mascot — he's our co-practitioner. This golden Cocker Spaniel has a gift for walking into a room and instantly lowering the temperature. Not literally. But you know what we mean.
Research is clear that animal-assisted interactions reduce cortisol, lower blood pressure, and create the kind of psychological safety that makes difficult conversations possible. Murphy brings all of that, plus he'll rest his chin on your knee when you need it most.
Certified as a Wellbeing Dog and a regular presence in Devon and Cornwall Police, Murphy has supported thousands of people through stressful days, hard conversations, and moments of genuine crisis.
What we offer
Bespoke Mental Health strategies and action plans built around your organisation's specific culture, pressures, and people — not off-the-shelf templates. The cornerstone of everything we do at Murphy & Mind.
WorkplaceMT certified mindfulness programmes, delivered in-person or virtually. Practical tools your team can use from day one, not just during the session.
Engaging, expert-led talks for organisations of all sizes — from lunch-and-learns to full wellbeing festivals. Including International Women's Day events.
Policy development, awareness training, and ongoing support frameworks so your organisation supports everyone through every stage of life.
Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) assessments combined with one-to-one wellness coaching. Following an assessment, Natasha works with individuals to build a bespoke wellbeing plan — or provides expert signposting to the right professionals for further support.
Bring Murphy in. Workshops, drop-in sessions, or structured programmes that harness the proven calming and connective power of therapy dogs.
Simple, everyday breathwork techniques that anyone can use — no experience needed. Practical tools to help manage stress, regulate the nervous system, and reset in moments of pressure. The kind of thing you'll actually use when it matters.
Natasha Hill spent 30 years as a Police Officer and Wellbeing Practitioner in Devon and Cornwall Police — working in roles from Diversity Officer to Counter Terrorism to Missing Persons Safeguarding Manager.
She joined the Force's Wellbeing Team in 2020, where she supported over 8,000 officers and staff across three counties, created an award-winning virtual wellbeing festival, and delivered mindfulness training to more than 400 people.
Natasha speaks at public events including Palace Theatre's "An Audience at the Palace" and has delivered wellbeing programmes for law firms, public bodies, and communities across Devon.
